  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. We are also committed to delivering the cutting edge of solutions from renewable energy, driverless and electric vehicles, communication and internet infrastructure to innovative technology that enhances community integration.

31.6 acre site promoted for residential development

Mole Valley District Council

Mole Valley currently cannot demonstrate a five year land supply and as a result are taking a proactive step in assessing where their green belt boundaries can be changed to release more housing land. Lightwood are currently promoting two parcels of land at Rolls Farm and have submitted a comprehensive proposal to the local planning authority and the local Neighbourhood Planning Group. Our proposal provides a natural extension to the settlement and demonstrates deliverability with local character in mind.
