  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. We are also committed to delivering the cutting edge of solutions from renewable energy, driverless and electric vehicles, communication and internet infrastructure to innovative technology that enhances community integration.

Construction begins on 2 new luxury homes by Lightwood

Lightwood have just started construction of 2 luxury properties in enviable locations in Surrey. Situated within a private estate in Claygate, Chestnut House provides over 4000ft² of high end accomodation including a basement with media room, whilst our secluded site in Fetcham provides over 3000ft² of contemporary family living. Both projects are due for completion in early 2015.
