  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. Consent secured for mixed use scheme comprising 134 residential units & 30,000ft² commercial

South Oxfordshire District Council

We were retained by the land owner to pursue a change of use in planning for a mixed use development. A large and complex site the cornerstone of this project was demonstrating the economic viability of both the existing property (which was Habitat’s main distribution warehouse of some 158,000 sq ft) and the viability of any commercial replacement. The scheme was unanimously approved by the South Oxfordshire District Council Planning Committee.

The scheme was developed by David Wilson Homes.
