  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. We are also committed to delivering the cutting edge of solutions from renewable energy, driverless and electric vehicles, communication and internet infrastructure to innovative technology that enhances community integration.

Planning consent granted for 2 x 4,000ft² detached units

Elmbridge Borough Council

Lightwood acquired a position on a plot of land within the Ruxley Heights estate and after exhaustive legal work, specifically in relation to the release of restrictive covenants, submitted a planning application for two large 4,000ft² houses. Consent was granted locally by officers delegated approval. The houses have subsequently been built and sold.
