  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. We are also committed to delivering the cutting edge of solutions from renewable energy, driverless and electric vehicles, communication and internet infrastructure to innovative technology that enhances community integration.

Mixed use settlement & Championship golf course

Cebu, Philippines

We were asked by the owner of a 420 hectare property in Cebu, Philippines to masterplan a concept that would be appropriate set within a world heritage butterfly sanctuary and adjacent to a National marine reserve. It is the first international project that we have undertaken and we were interested by the status of the land, the protection and constraints, the benefits it would bring the local community and the town and the challenge that we would face designing a new town in within a country that is experiencing rapid economic growth and political stability. Apart from the design and planning challenges we are also project managing investment partnerships.
