A dual application was submitted for outline consent for 126 dwelling and a change of use of land to a Suitable Accessible Natural Greenspace (SANG).
Lightwood successfully secure planning consent for 134 units and 30,000ft²on the site of the former Habitat warehouse in Wallingford. South Oxfordshire planning committee unanimously voted in support of the application with not one objection. The committee commended Lightwood on the scheme praising it as the type of proposal they would like to see more of.
