  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. We are also committed to delivering the cutting edge of solutions from renewable energy, driverless and electric vehicles, communication and internet infrastructure to innovative technology that enhances community integration.

Lightwood attend and present at UKREiiF

The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiif) took place at the Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock in Leeds from 20^th-22^nd May.

Lightwood Director, Philip Chichester, was invited to participate in a panel discussion on ‘The role of Proptech in Digital Planning Transformation’ which explored the important role of PropTech in transforming the future of planning in the UK, accelerating the shift towards a more digital, data-driven, and collaborative planning system.
