  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. We are also committed to delivering the cutting edge of solutions from renewable energy, driverless and electric vehicles, communication and internet infrastructure to innovative technology that enhances community integration.

Planning submitted for 2 luxury homes on Fairmile estate

Lightwood has submitted an application for two 4,000ft² luxury homes to the rear of an existing property with an excessively large garden on the Fairmile Estate in Cobham. The precedent of back land development has already been established along Fairmile Lane and therefore the scheme is not out of character with its surroundings.
