  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. Development of 2 x 4000ft² homes in prestigious Private Estate

Elmbridge Borough Council

The proposal for two 4000ft² homes on land to the rear of 4 Fairmile Lane, following demolition of the existing garage, is in keeping with character and appearance of the area which is defined by large detached homes on wide boulevards with established surroundings.

Located on the exclusive Fairmile Estate in Cobham, the site offers excellent links to Gatwick & Heathrow, quick access to London and is well placed for a number of excellent schools, including Danes Hill in Oxshott and ACS international School in Cobham.
