  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. Application submitted for 1300ft² pair of semi-detached units & 1500ft² (B1) office

Elmbridge Borough Council

Lightwood were unsuccessful in their original application for a pair of semi-detached units on this overgrown and underutilised parcel of privately owned land which is located within the built up settlement boundary of Thames Ditton on the basis that it lacked a street frontage.

To overcome this reason for refusal, a sympathetically designed office was introduced at the head of the access road.
