  We are chartered town planners who specialise in obtaining planning consent on strategic land primarily on greenfield property. We have experience and successes in complex cases and consult for landowners and key stakeholders throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
  
  We are used to working on large single ownership sites or within teams as part of a consortium. We are presently representing the majority holdings in two garden villages delivering more than 7,500 homes. Including the rest of our current portfolio this makes us one of the largest planning promoters in the UK.
  
  We are extremely selective about the schemes we undertake to ensure that we can commit the appropriate time and resource to each of the projects we are working on. We are also committed to delivering the cutting edge of solutions from renewable energy, driverless and electric vehicles, communication and internet infrastructure to innovative technology that enhances community integration.

Consent granted for 4 x 2000ft² semi-detached units

Elmbridge Borough Council

A small underutilised site, within the town centre, that has been subject to three recent planning refusals. Set amongst Preserved Trees and adjacent to a Listed Building, the site presented its planning challenges. Through careful negotiation with the Local Authority we gained a planning consent with local support and under officers delegated powers. The properties have since been built and occupied.
